getting ready to head out for a run.
it is SO hot out.
i’m gonna sweat so much. PERFECT :) but first i have to find clothes to run in. i need to invest in some running tanks. right now i only have t shirts and i’m gonna sweat to death if i have to run in those.

this morning i bike 14km. and then i ran 4km!
i am just killing it right now.
tomorrow i plan to run about 5. that would take my weekly total to 21km! that’s pretty good for only running four days this week.
i have a very busy day tomorrow. but i think i will just wake up a little bit earlier and head out for a run.
my other goal is to start drinking more water and less pop. it’s not that i have been drinking A LOT of pop, but i have just been drinking it more often than i would like.
